Which means:

If you regularly live in self-doubt, that state starts to feel normal.
Not because it’s true.

Try these two statements:
“I am angry.”
vs.
“I feel anger.”
They are not the same.
The first is identity.
The second is experience.

Because in that space you can choose.

…and decide not to let anxiety make the decision.

Positive words are not enough if your body is rehearsing the opposite state.
You can say:
“I am abundant.”
But if you feel lack, fear, insecurity, and scarcity all day long…
Your system receives mixed signals.

Because it feels like they’re lying to themselves.
A more honest path is choice-based language:
I choose to practice confidence
I choose to cultivate patience
I choose to become available for abundance

Feeling.
