What is Spiritual Coaching?

First, I think it is important to understand what coaching is. A life coach helps you move from where you are to where you want to be in life. Whether I am working with a client on business or personal goals, I am constantly supporting a mindful, balanced approach. As a person who was way out of balance in my previous life chapter, I am hyper aware of the importance when coaching and supporting the journey of others.

Where all forms of life coaching (business, mindset, vocation, relationship, etc.) are about asking powerful questions and supporting your journey from point A to B on a conscious level, spiritual coaching uses a blend of techniques - powerful questions as well as sharing guidance, wisdom, and often forms of energy healing and intuitive therapies - to go beneath the identity of mind and body or self, and explore the who you really are, the Self.

We are often trying to change behaviors and patterns without understanding that these are symptoms of something deeper at the subconscious level. However, when we learn and understand who and what we really are we are able to go to the source of a pattern to create lasting change.

Most of our choices and habits are caused by pre-programmed beliefs from childhood. Think of a laptop, when you get one it already has operating systems installed, and often a ton of junk you don’t want that slows down the systems from running optimally. With spiritual coaching, we explore the operating system, cleaning out old programs that don’t align with who we want to be and hold us back from creating the lives we truly desire and are capable of.

Spiritual Coaching, for me, is about empowerment. When we understand our Self, we can retract our power from the past and patterns, bringing our Self into present time to create at a whole new level by being fully empowered once again.

Our life force is constantly leaking out through old wounds and traumas, as well as through unhealthy desires of our senses. When we let go of the past we increase the speed in which we can create. When we stop allowing ourselves to be pushed and pulled by the senses and the  egos likes and dislikes, we are able to create in present time.

Spiritual Coaching supports us to let go of illusions created by thoughts, emotions, intellect, ego, opinions, beliefs, and experiences so that we can truly understand what we are, pure potential.
